With a concert you have been looking forward to coming up the next day, you might be busy listening to songs from the new album or too excited to sleep. But your physical condition is important to enjoying the concert fully. Just like the artist, you need to be in top shape, too!

 

The ears are sensitive to fatigue. Perhaps you haven't been sleeping much as you get ready for the concert. Everyone knows loud sounds such as those on a construction site aren't good for your ears, but a buildup of fatigue, stress, or lack of sleep can have a negative impact on your hearing as well.

 

Your physical condition can affect your hearing, but you can't focus on the concert if you're sleepy, either. Go to bed a little earlier than usual and get plenty of sleep the night before.
